At Rosie's Retreat we want to make sure that your dog and our facility are a good fit for each other. So before your dog comes to stay you need to book a short assessment session.

VACCINATIONS: For the safety of all of our guests, it is mandatory that all dogs are up to date with vaccinations

KENNEL COUGH: A kennel cough vaccination is recommended for staying at Rosie's Retreat however it is not mandatory, if your dog has had a kennel cough vaccine you MUST wait at least 3 weeks before booking your stay.

DROP-OFF & PICK-UP: For the safety and welfare of the dogs and the staff, we have to be strict with our drop-off and pick-up times which are between 8-10am and 4-6pm only.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: Please be aware that we require 48 hour notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment. Sorry but we are unable to offer refunds.
