Price includes IAMS dry food, or similar quality, – small/medium/large biscuits – once or twice daily as appropriate.
There are a variety of discounts available for pets sharing a kennel or staying longer than two weeks:
- More than one family dog sharing a kennel – full price for the largest dog, 75% for the second dog and 50% for subsequent dogs
- More than one cat sharing a kennel – full price for first cat and 75% for subsequent cats
- Special discounted rates for long-term boarders – contact us.
A non-refundable deposit of €50 is required upon booking.
Please note that seven of our kennels can accommodate two large, three medium or four small dogs from the same family – two of our kennels are large enough to accommodate three large, four medium or five small dogs from the same family. Three of our kennels have been specifically designed to accommodate cats and can comfortably house three to four cats.

We ask that owners drop-off and pick-up their pets between 10.00am and 4.00pm as this causes the least disruption to the other boarders. Drop-off or pick-up outside of these times must be arranged by prior agreement.
On arrival at Rosie’s Retreat it will be necessary to produce the vaccination records for your pet/pets, their passport (if they have one) together with a completed booking form which you can download here. We also require a copy of the owner’s passport, NIE number or Residencia.

On occasions and with prior agreement, we can pick up and/or drop off your pets. If you wish to take advantage of this service there will be a charge of €0.50 a kilometre, from Rosie’s Retreat to the pick up/drop off location and back again to Rosie’s Retreat. This is not a normal service offered by us, so please contact us for more information and our agreement.
If during your pets’ stay a visit to the vet is necessary, you will be invoiced accordingly. If it is necessary to take your pet to the hospital in Granada you will also be charged €0.50 a kilometre.
